These terms set out the rules for using the QPang Online website and playing the game.
Agreeing to these terms
QPang Online is run by CraftiGames Studios FZCO ("we", "us"). By using this website or playing the game, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
Who can play
You must be 13 or older, or the minimum age to use online services without parental consent in your country if that is higher. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, please make sure a parent or guardian is happy with these terms. Buying Cash has its own age rules.
Your account
You play with an account that has a username and password. Usernames must not impersonate someone else or be offensive, and we may change or remove any that are. Please keep your password safe and don't share it.
Rules of play
Keep the game fair and pleasant for everyone. You must not:
- Cheat, use bots or use software that gives you an unfair advantage.
- Exploit bugs. If you find one, please tell us instead.
- Harass, threaten or abuse other players, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content.
- Share other people's personal information.
- Attack, overload or try to get unauthorised access to the service or its servers.
- Copy, sell or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it.
If you break these rules, we may warn you, remove content, or suspend or ban your access, for a set time or permanently.
In-game currency and items
Don, cash, coins, items, clothes and other rewards exist only inside the game. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money. You get a limited right to use them while playing, and you don't own them. This includes Cash you buy: see Buying Cash.
We may change prices, rewards and balances, and we may add, change or remove items.
Buying Cash
You can buy Cash with real money at our shop. Buying is optional.
Who you buy from
Tebex Limited ("Tebex") is the merchant of record, which means you buy from Tebex. It takes your payment, deals with tax and sends your receipt. Tebex's checkout terms and privacy policy apply to your purchase. We don't see your full card details.
Price and tax
We show the price of each Cash bundle before you go to checkout. Taxes are shown at checkout.
Getting your Cash
Cash goes to the username you enter. Please check it carefully before you pay, because we can't promise to move Cash that went to the wrong username. We add the Cash after your payment is confirmed. If it doesn't arrive, email support@qpangonline.com.
No cash value
Cash you buy has no cash value. It can't be exchanged or refunded for money, except where the law requires it.
Consumers in the EU and UK
You normally have a right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. For digital content, you lose that right only if you expressly agree at checkout that delivery starts immediately and accept that you lose the right as a result. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights.
Refunds and chargebacks
To ask for a refund or report a problem with an order, email support@qpangonline.com with the username and your Tebex transaction ID.
If a payment is refunded or charged back, we may remove the matching Cash. A fraudulent chargeback can also lead to a ban.
Under 18s
If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian to buy Cash. Tebex's checkout terms also say you must be at least 16 to buy through its checkout.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the server running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but we don't guarantee any level of uptime. The game can go offline for maintenance, updates or faults, and matches in progress can be interrupted.
The game is still growing. We may add, change or remove features at any time, including maps, modes and game rules. Features we describe as coming later may change or may not arrive. We may also stop the service, and we will try to give notice on this website if we do.
What you post
You are responsible for your username, room names and chat messages. You keep any rights you have in them, and you allow us to display and relay them so the game can work. We may remove them if they break these terms.
Service "as is" and liability
The service is free to play with optional purchases, and is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that it will be error-free, secure or always available.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the loss of progress, items or in-game currency. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have by law that can't be excluded, including consumer rights where you live, or limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Ending your use
You can stop playing at any time. To ask us to delete your account, see "Your rights" in the Privacy Policy. We may end or limit your access if you break these terms or if we need to in order to protect players or the service. The section on liability continues to apply afterwards.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the game changes. We will change the date at the top, and continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms. If you disagree with them, please stop using the service. If you have a problem, please email support@qpangonline.com first so we can try to sort it out.
